FAQ/Important Info

Space :

Here’s what I need from you: 

  • A  4’x8’ space for my massage table, myself, and other equipment (Please note: I will bring a minimum of a massage table, backpack, 2 standing trays, a stool, and a storage tote with a towel warmer in it.)

  • All furniture and fragile items that might be in the way need to be moved before I arrive

  • A 3-pronged outlet within 12 ft of where the table will be set up

  • Access to sink

Pets :

I am an animal lover, but your pets need to be in another room during the service. They have a way of making themselves the center of attention... and today that's supposed to be you. It also keeps them safe around my equipment and keeps pet hair and dander off my table for the next client.

How to Prepare :

  • Please be freshly showered

  • Shaved legs aren’t required (This is a common misconception!)

  • If you have long hair, a soft hair tie is recommended

Cancellations :

While I understand life can get in the way, there is a 50% cancellation fee if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice.  If you book multiple services with multiple people, a deposit will be required.

Stairs :

Locations with more than 4 consecutive stairs aren't something I'm able to accommodate due to the weight and height of my equipment. If you're able to assist with carrying, we can discuss.‍ ‍

Tipping :

Tipping is never required but always appreciated. Think of it as a little report card on your experience. You can add a tip directly from the service menu. Standard rates are typically 20-25%. This is especially helpful if you're booking on someone else's behalf. ‍ ‍

Inappropriate Behavior :

This is a professional service and will be treated as such. Inappropriate behavior, comments, or jokes of any kind will result in the immediate end of your session. The full amount will be charged to your card on file.
